This page explains, in concrete terms, how this microsite handles the information you enter.
How the request builder works
The "Request information" form processes the data you type only in your own browser, on the device you are using. That information is used to generate a summary text that you can:
- Send by opening your email application (via a
mailto:link), already pre-filled with the summary. - Send by opening WhatsApp (via a
wa.melink), already pre-filled with the summary. - Copy to your device's clipboard to paste wherever you decide.
In no case does the site send your information automatically: you must review the prepared message and send it manually from your own application.
What this site does not do
This microsite, in its current state, does not store your request data on a server, database or customer relationship management (CRM) system. It does not install analytics or advertising tools. It does not use tracking cookies or decorative cookie controls.
Temporary storage when switching language
While you fill in the "Request information" form, the values you type (product, quantity, country, etc.) are temporarily saved in your own browser's session storage (sessionStorage). This allows your data to be preserved, and the form to remain filled in, if you switch the page language from within that same form. This information: is never sent to any ALLIANCE or third-party server; stays only on your device; is automatically cleared when you close the tab or browser (it is "session" storage, not permanent).
Links to external applications
Using the email or WhatsApp buttons opens an external application (your email client or WhatsApp) outside ALLIANCE AGRO's control. Data handling within those applications is governed by those providers' own policies.
