This notice describes the scope of the information published on the ALLIANCE AGRO microsite and ALLIANCE's role in the commercial process with business buyers.

Nature of the published information

The information in the product sheets is intended for preliminary commercial evaluation. Data on availability, season, size, packaging, volume and delivery time are subject to direct confirmation with ALLIANCE AGRO for each operation.

Scope of the inquiry

Submitting a request through the request builder, by email or by WhatsApp does not constitute a product reservation or a supply commitment by ALLIANCE. Final commercial terms — price, volume, packaging, timelines and documentation — are established in the commercial proposal that ALLIANCE prepares after reviewing each case, and in the corresponding agreements.

ALLIANCE's role in the commercial chain

ALLIANCE AGRO acts as a point of contact and commercial support between business buyers and origin suppliers. This presentation does not imply that ALLIANCE is automatically the producer, packer, certifier or registered exporter of the products shown. ALLIANCE's specific role in each operation is defined in the corresponding proposal.

Documentation and destination requirements

Sanitary, phytosanitary, customs and certification requirements vary by product, destination country and operation. Such documentation is subject to specific review for each request and should not be assumed as already met simply because it is mentioned in a technical sheet.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and terms applicable to a specific operation are defined in the commercial proposal and in any agreements signed between the parties. This notice does not eliminate or absolutely limit obligations that may apply to ALLIANCE under such agreements.
